Bluebeard Series

A pirate’s take on the tale of Bluebeard: A wealthy girl looking to escape her small town accepts a proposal from the “fisherman” Bluebeard, with promises of adventure. As soon as she boards her new home, she senses that her new husband is not what she thought, and his vast wealth seems to have appeared from nowhere. She begins to explore the “off limits” areas, and stumbles onto a room filled with the belongings, and riches, of his many many ex wives! These ladies were seemingly far more successful pirates and wealthy aristocrats, leading her to the conclusion that his massive wealth was not honorably earned. Her curiosity leads her to one final locked closet to search, which unleashes the furious (and skilled with the blade) ghosts of the departed wives of Bluebeard! With a heave and a ho and a hand from their live friend, the ladies toss their no good husband to the fishes.
